Terms of Service

By completing a booking through our Shopify store, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms governing all guided motorcycle tours (“Tour”) offered by our company (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Definitions

  • Tour: Any guided motorcycle day trip or multi-day package purchased through our Shopify storefront.

  • Client: The individual who completes the booking and participates in the Tour.

  • Start Date: The first calendar day on which the Tour activities commence.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only once full payment is received via the Shopify checkout system.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

  • Quoted prices include guide services, motorcycle rental, fuel, safety gear, snacks, and any entrance fees specified in the Tour description.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Clients who cancel 21 days or more before the Start Date will receive a full refund of the Tour fee.

  • Cancellations made fewer than 21 days before the Start Date are not eligible for any refund.

  • Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time is treated as a no-show and will result in no refund.

4. Conduct & Safety

  • Clients must comply with all safety instructions, wear the provided gear (if provided) at all times, and obey local traffic laws.

  • We reserve the right to terminate a Client’s participation without refund if their behavior is erratic, unsafe, disrespectful, or otherwise jeopardizes the safety of themselves, other riders, or our guides.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • Motorcycle touring involves inherent risks. By booking, Clients assume full responsibility for any injury, death, loss, or damage incurred.

  • Clients are required to obtain their own travel and health insurance covering motorcycle activities prior to the Tour.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All route maps, itineraries, photographs, and written materials provided as part of the Tour remain our exclusive property.

  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display these materials without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy & Data

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking, you consent to our use of your information as outlined in that policy.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of our home jurisdiction.

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our home jurisdiction.

9. Amendments

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will apply only to bookings made after the update date and will be posted on our Shopify site.

By submitting payment for a Tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Service in their entirety.
