Refund policy
Summary
Refunds are granted only for cancellations made at least 21 days (3 weeks) before your tour’s scheduled start date; cancellations within the 21-day window are non-refundable. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation—and retain all payments—if a rider behaves erratically or irresponsibly during the tour.
1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
1.1 Refund Window
Guests who cancel their tour 21 days or more prior to the tour start date are entitled to a 100% refund of the paid tour fee.
1.2 No Refunds Within 21 Days
Cancellations received fewer than 21 days before the scheduled tour start are not eligible for any refund. This strict deadline helps us manage guides, motorcycle allocations, and site bookings effectively.
2. Erratic or Irresponsible Behavior
We maintain a safe, respectful environment for all participants. If, at our sole discretion, a rider exhibits erratic, unsafe, disrespectful, or irresponsible behavior—such as reckless riding, non-compliance with safety gear requirements, or violation of local regulations—we reserve the right to:

Include Details: Provide your full name, booking reference, and tour date.

Confirmation: We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
Refunds (when eligible) are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
4. No-Shows & Late Arrivals

No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the designated start point on time is treated as a cancellation within 21 days—no refund will be issued.

Late Arrivals: If you join late and miss portions of the tour, refunds will not be provided for missed segments.
5. Exceptions & Credit Options
While our standard policy is firm, in rare cases of documented emergencies (e.g., medical/bereavement) submitted less than 21 days before the tour, we may offer a full or partial refund, at our discretion.
